Aai Foundation India (Aai Bahuuddeshiya Sevabhavi Sanstha) is a grassroots non-profit organization, registered in 2013 under the Societies Act 1860. Rooted in the spirit of care and upliftment, we focus on empowering marginalized communities in Maharashtra — especially women, children, and rural populations.

Subhash Haribhau Rathod
Founder & Chairman
Shri Subhash Haribhau Rathod is the visionary founder and chairman of AAI Bhauudheshiya Sevabhavi Sanstha Patti Tanda. With a deep commitment to social justice and inclusive development, he founded the organization in 2013 with the goal of uplifting underprivileged communities in rural Maharashtra.
Mr. Rathod believes in equality, dignity, and opportunity for all. Under his leadership, the organization has launched impactful projects in education, gender sensitization, health, and environmental awareness. His strong moral values and community-first approach inspire everyone involved with the foundation.
He is not just a leader, but a changemaker whose actions speak louder than words. His vision continues to guide the organization toward a brighter, more compassionate future.
